• Bookings canceled within 30 days of the arrival date and no-shows: All monies paid are forfeited, and no refund will be issued unless Lumière is able to fill the vacancy resulting from the cancellation.
• It is important to note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance and cancellation insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to a cancellation.
